Our objective for our Reseller Program is we want to add a VALUE to our customers by working
together with organizations with smart business solutions.
Resellers purchase our products and services at wholesale rates for resale to their customers.
Our current resellers add value to their existing product line with our service and market the
smart business solutions under their brand name.
The end user's contractual relationship is with the Reseller who therefore holds the responsibility
for marketing, selling and collecting payments from the end user. The Reseller will be responsible
for customer training, product implementation and all first line customer support issues. Naturally,
2sms will offer second line customer support to the Reseller.
2sms will provide full initial training and ongoing support, as well as access to technical,
product and standard retail pricing information through the main web site to the Reseller.
The Reseller will also have access to management and reporting tools through a secure and dedicated
extranet functionality.
2sms can also work with the Reseller to create a web site branded in their name, or provide
technical support and software to link the Resale Partner's existing web site with the systems
and functionality of the 2sms Reseller Extranet.
