2-Way Communication
Communication sometimes requires both parties to be able to send and receive responses to
the information that is being sent. 2sms provides outbound communication only with a standard account.
2-way messaging provides the ability for true communication between a mobile device and your
2sms account. Inbound messages can be routed to:
- Your phone as a text message
- Your e-mail account
- Your personal reports section on 2sms website
- Directly into your own data systems using XML
Responses can then be directed to the appropriate recipient(s).
Email is limited to specific devices. Phone calls can be distracting or obtrusive. Text
messages are discreet, short and to the point. Every phone in the world is SMS capable.
2sms is carrier independent. We deliver via sms (smpp), and are not limited by carrier
imposed thresholds vs sending from smtp where carriers only allow a certain amount of
traffic from one IP address or email account.
Whether sending to one person or a thousand people; 2sms is able to process your messages
and get them to their destinations.
Easy-to- use web-based accounts. We offer software that is compatible with most existing
solutions and can be integrated or used stand alone. 2sms does not require anything other
than a web-enabled device to access your account and send messages.
